When you visit our website or fill out our contact forms, the following data may be collected:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name and job title
  • Message content and automation need information
  • Details of the campaign link you arrived from: utm parameters, any ad click ID, landing page and the referring site's address (saved with your enquiry if you submit a form)
  • IP address and browser information (via cookies)
  • Device info, visited pages and interaction data (via analytics tools)

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Evaluating demo and project consultation requests

  • Advertising cookies: Not currently used. If they are added, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated, and advertising cookies will only run with your separate consent.

6. Third Party Services

Our website uses the following third party services:

7. Data Security

Your personal data is protected by technical and administrative measures against unauthorized access, loss and alteration. Your data is transmitted with SSL/TLS encryption.

8. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purposes require. Contact form data is retained for 2 years. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months from your last visit. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if it has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
  • Request deletion or destruction
  • Object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems
  • Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
